Chance de Silva specialise in contemporary one-off houses. Currently, they have a development of two houses under construction at London Fields, Hackney, due for completion in 2021. Two eco-houses in a village near Oxford complete this year.

Wendy and Steve enjoy the collaborative process with clients that makes each project unique. They also collaborate with artists, designers, musicians or performers in projects such as their fluted concrete house, Vex, a collaboration with the musician Scanner. They have been exhibited at the Venice Biennale and their work has been featured on TV in the UK and France, on BBC radio, and published in France, Spain, China and the UK.
