There is much cultural activity in the local area, most notably in Stratford-upon-Avon, home the Royal Shakespeare Theatre. The motorway network is easily accessible with the M40 (J15) 3.5 miles away giving access to Birmingham to the north and London to the south. Warwick’s central train station is a ten minute walk away, whilst nearby Warwick Parkway runs services to London Marylebone with journey times of approximately 100 minutes (scheduled to be reduced to 70 minutes in 2011). Birmingham International Airport is 24 miles away.
